All products, rentals, software-related rights, maintenance services, and related offerings described on this page
are offered for commercial and industrial customers only.
Submission of a purchase request does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Any sale, rental, installation, maintenance, software use, or related transaction will be subject
to a separate quotation, purchase documentation, invoice, service agreement, software license agreement,
or other written agreement issued or accepted by TechMagic Robotics.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices, fees, and charges are exclusive of taxes, duties, shipping,
installation, travel costs, inspection costs, maintenance costs, replacement parts, and other applicable charges.
Payment timing, payment method, refundability, maintenance scope, software rights, support scope,
data handling, warranty scope, exclusions, limitations of liability, and other commercial terms
will be governed by the applicable written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including any implied warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed unless expressly provided
in a signed written agreement.
TechMagic Robotics reserves the right to reject or cancel requests, revise product specifications,
revise commercial terms, and update this page at any time, subject to applicable law and any written
agreement already in effect.
Unless otherwise stated in an applicable written agreement, these matters shall be governed by the laws
of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes may be resolved
in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the applicable written agreement.
